We take care of all of your trim, doors and wood surfaces just like we would any other home (see our prep process here). We apply two coats of Romabio high-performing, mineral Masonry Flat paint to all of our bare brick projects. We back roll the Romabio to work it evenly into the porous substrate to ensure proper adhesion and prevent future peeling and chipping. The second coat is sprayed to achieve a solid, even, ultra-flat, natural finish that doesn’t look artificial. Rest assured, your brick will look this great for years. We are a Romabio Preferred PRO Applicator, and we can make “that one house” your house. We take care of all of your trim, doors and wood surfaces just like we would any other home (see our prep process here). We apply one coat of Romabio Classico Limewash, and we distress the product to achieve your desired custom look. The limewash will calcify to the brick creating a chemical bond that will last for years. This exterior brick finish is low maintenance since the longer it wears, the better it will look over time.

We prepare all of your trim, doors and wood surfaces with the same care we would with any other home (see our prep process here). We work with local stucco crews to patch and repair any large cracks. We then apply two coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP™ Waterproofing Masonry Coating to it. This is a specialized elastomeric coating designed specifically to protect your masonry surfaces with both flexibility and durable coverage. We back roll the elastomeric coating onto your stucco to ensure the product is worked into the textured substrate. The second coat finishes off with a solid, even finish.
